Yes, I joined the OurTime.com over 50 social site yesterday. Since then my acct. has been hacked. I had a hotmail address and now it has been changed to a yahoo. I have no idea what the secret question is to access this account. Yahoo is of no help since I can't answer the security question and the OurTime.com will not let me access my account because I do not have the infor since my email was changed without my knowledge
Optional Information: Computer OS: Windows XP Browser: IE Already Tried: I have emailed myself to death with no success. The person even id himself. and gave me the yahoo id as bravewoman005@yahoo and said the password XX friend. This password XX XXXXX and I cannot answer any security questions since I did not open the acct. My real email address is wlsgma201051@hotmail and I have had this address for about 2 years. NO OTHER. Please help me secure the customer service phone number for this OurTime.com. Thank U so much

I can log into my email acct as msn. BUT NOT on the ourtime.com. A person there changed it to a yahoo.acct. bravewoman005@yahoo he also stated the password XXXXX is friend. IT IS NOT

it appears that the hotmail account is olk, and your issue is with ourtime only.
Here's what you need to do........
Go here........
www.ourtime.com/contact-us-form.cfm
In the Subject Select "OTHER"
In the Comment box explain your issue clearly and send the form in.
Someone will call you at the number you list and help you regain access to your account.
For the future......
does this form require a password----because this is the problem
no.
ok, when choosing a new password.......
1) use at least 8 characters.
2) use upper and lower case letters
3) use at least one number.
This will give you a secure account.
okay but should I use the yahoo.acct since that is what they have not the hotmail acct???

I was unable to reach a live person. Repeated notices I would be contacted in 48 hours. ALso,,,every 5 minutes a popup comes up and says my time with them is limited to 5 minutes. Sounds like to me this company is working out of some type of internet cafe. If u have another number or form please email me with it asap.

Alot of internet companies operate this way these days.
Its all about $$ really, they don't want to pay people to man phone's so this is how they handle customer service. Not convenient for users.

Not really.......appears the person that hacked my acct. was dumb enough to rejoin using the same screen name. He didn't care much for the mention of the FCC, Internet theft, and fraud. Sorry, to seem like a bitch...............but sometimes u just gotta do what u gotta do. I truly appreciate your prompt attention, and will refer u to any of my friends and family should they ever need assist.
