Please try this:
what interesting is go to meeting runs.
RIght click on tje gotoassist setup file.
Please right click on gotoassist setup file.
Select run as admin.
See id it installs without any error.

Go to properties.
GO to compatibility tab.
Choose to run in compatibility mode for windows xp
