my gmail account is sending random emails to people. how do i take care of this issue?

i have had people call me telling me that they are getting this email from me and i didnt send them anything
Your email account has been compromised. In the circumstances, first of all, I would urge you to immediately change your email account password XXX security questions/answers. This would lock out the hacker from your account.Then, please go to the link below and download the free Malwarebytes Anti Malware program:http://tinyurl.com/2353hmeDownload the program from the link by clicking on the blue 'Download Now' button...run and install the same, update it, and then carry out a full system scan using the program, and remove the security threats detected, if any.This is just an extra precaution to make sure there are no malware in your system.The change of password XXXXXXX does the trick.
i am on a company computer and they wont let me down loard the software. This issue is only happening on my gmail account
