does it have a tag with a model number?

I am using a usb modem;Virgin Moble broadband2Go. Here is what is under the modem; 101123 Korea;MC760;ESN XXXXXXXXXXX Novatel Wirless;FCC ID:3229B-MC760;Qualcom M3G CD MA.Hope this what you are looking for.

Heres what you need to do.

Download the file below.

http://www.novatelwireless.com/content/files/VMU/LiteAuto.zip

Then, open the folder, and the run the install file.

it will install the software for the mc760 virgin mobile broadband device you have.
Afterwards restart the computer, and then.

Your device should work again. If you get stuck, or have any questions.. let me know.

Dustin, you gave me a website to download a file to reinstall my virgin moble broadband2go device. It is saying the site is not secure and dont run this file if you dont trust this site.What do you suggest I do about this situation?

I wouldnt send you a dangerous file.. That file came from the support site of the makers of your mc760 usb dongle.. ( the virgin broadband stick)

Please download the file.. Then open it. and inside it, run the installer..
