Can I connect my PS 3 to my Lenovo B3 Series touchscreen?

Just to clarify, you are asking if you can connect your PS3 to your laptop, and then be able to use your laptop screen to play the PS3?
Yes. But it is an all in one desktop with tv capabilities.
The only way you could connect a PS3 to the Lenovo B3 series all-in-one is if the monitor can be set to work solely as a screen for the PS3. In most cases this is not possible, but if you can provide me with the exact model Lenovo B3 you are using I will look up the necessary information and be able to give you a definent yes or no answer.
Hi it's the B310 model. It has a tv ariel input.
The only way to possibly achieve this is by using an RF adapter. You would connect your PS3 to the RF adapter and then plug the cable portion end of the RF adapter into the back of the Lenovo B310 where the TV aerial input is located.
