I just installed Microsoft Office Home and Business Addition. When the Onenote came up and asked if I wanted to make it my default ???, I answered yes. As a result, I can no longer print on my HP Printer. If I want to print an e-mail message, it goes to OneNote. HELP. Marlene
Optional Information: Computer OS: Windows 7 Browser: Firefox Already Tried: I've looked at all of your answers on line. Have checked the preferences...everything that I know how to do. All I want to do is have my HP printer be the default printer and "undo" the default to OneNote.
We'll just have to set your HP printer as your default again.
To do this, first click on Start, the windows icon in the lower left corner, then click on Devices and Printers.
A window will open showing all of your installed printers. Right click on your HP printer you have installed and click on Set as default printer.
Now you will be able to print by default to your HP printer again.

I got the printer changed but the e-mails are still not printing. It's only printer the web addresses. This started when I installed the 2010 office package. Is it related to Outlook. Also, I have 90 days free technical support, will my credit card amount be taken off my charge? I don't know enough about Office 2010 to know exactly what is wrong.
OK since we got the first problem fixed, you can click on Accept for that answer. We can then continue to solve the other problem you are having with Outlook.

You already have my next question. Do you want me to re-type it?
Nope thats fine. We'll need to delete a file to get the printing working correctly.
First make sure Outlook is closed.
On your computer click on Start, the windows icon in the lower left corner, then type or copy and paste in:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook
Then hit Enter.
In the folder it opens, locate a file named OutlPrnt, right click on it and choose Delete.
Now open Outlook and try to print again.
