Why do I get an error message: HIGH MEMORY USAGE BY INTERNET EXPLORER? There is a box to click to get info, but the box disappears quickly.
Nothing. The message is gone so quickly I can't get to it. The upper left hand corner has Norton. It may be coming from the Norton program.
