The green lights on the motherboard indicate that power is getting to it.
Make sure that you did not pull or disconnect the CMOS battery.
Also, on the back of the computer there should be 4 indicator lights labeled A, B, C, and D.
If you can tell me if they are lit and which ones, it should help.
