Yes. The first error I reported was trying to access it through Norton. The last one is the typical error message using Internet Explorer. It worked until very recently just fine.
Do you have any other web browsers installed on your computer ? ie. firefox,chrome
have you tried usign Chrome to access the page?

then in the browsing history section click on the delete button
and then delete again
