Hello I am Adam and after reading about "couldn't initialize tubesock" I have come up with two solutions.

First Boot into safe mode with no networking. Then go to add/remove programs and try to delete it from there. Then re-start the computer in regular mode and download/install new version of JAVA.

Java download - http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Here is how to boot in safe mode

1- Restart the computer and immediately press F8 repeatedly (As soon as you hit the power button start with F8), You will see the Boot Menu.

2- Choose "Safe Mode WITH OUT NETWORKING" and press ENTER

3- Wait for windows to be completely loaded

If this didn't work try to do this...

PLEASE FIRST BOOKMARK (add to favorites) THIS PAGE SO YOU CAN COME BACK WITH ME AFTER THE RESTART, and click ACCEPT if the issue is solved!!

So to fix this lets run these two programs "hitman" and "malwarebytes" run them in normal mode 1st. If you can't do that then run them in safe mode. Here is the links and quick directions with steps. If you need help please respond back if this helps solve the issue please click Accept!!

1- Restart the computer and immediately press F8 repeatedly (As soon as you hit the power button start with F8), You will see the Boot Menu.

2- Choose "Safe Mode WITH NETWORKING" and press ENTER

3- Wait for windows to be completely loaded

4- Download malwarebytes, Hitman (either 32 or 64 bit)

Malwarebytes - http://download.cnet.com/3001-8022_4-10804572.html?spi=86756d501fd004324adba00ebb73a47e

Hitman Pro 3 (64-bit) - http://download.cnet.com/3001-2239_4-75110395.html?spi=9881b4631977ba9239bf740fa5fc6f8

Hitman Pro 3 (32-bit) - http://download.cnet.com/3001-2239_4-10895604.html?spi=d27a1a050714fe2d6d3e8f4afa23c915

IMPORTANT: The download will start automatically, click SAVE when prompted. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ANY ADD OR ANYTHING, JUST CLICK SAVE WHEN PROMPTED

5- Save the files to your desktop, then install them.

6- When the install finishes, please run Hitman (first) Malwarebytes (second if needed), Hitman is faster than Malwarebytes but Malwarebytes is the best program out there to date. (period)

7- Now restart the computer in regular mode (like you always do)
