Hello. I can assist you with your question.
Please don't put any personal information in these messages as they are not private.
So you understand, we are not affiliated with Google or Gmail in any way. We are an independent paid support site. If you are aware of that and would like me to assist you, I would be happy to. Just let me know.
Hey Mike,If you can help me I would be glad to pay you. There is only 2 things I'm looking for to be satisfied.-Access my gmail emails-having a new gmail passwordI've already tried the steps recommended by gmail, but no results thus far. I'm stuck.I'm not very computer savvy, so help me out please. If I am not satisfied, how do I know that you have cancelled the transaction.ThanksRollie
You would have to click accept to release the funds on deposit. If you don't you can just request a refund from customer service. I usually do that automatically if we end up where I think you should get a refund anyway, but you can also request it on your own.
So, I'm assuming that you don't have a secondary email set up with gmail for the password XXXXX to be sent to you. Is that correct?
If you are getting to the questions and they are not questions you recognize, that usually means that you have put in the user name incorrectly. It will choose random questions even if you put in an email address that doesn't exist. So I have a couple of questions.
Do you know whether you did set up security questions for gMail?
Are you using your full email address as your username?
Hey Mike,I very much trust you Mike. Yes, I do have a secondary email in aol which I informed gmail. I just checked a few minutes prior to talking with you and no response.I do not recall agreeing to selecting the question for Gmail. I use my full gmail address
Here is something that you may not have tried yet because it's not very public. It's called the "account recovery exam". If you can verify your identity by answering enough questions, it will allow you access.

If you search your other email account for messages from google or gmail, there should be an original verification code in there from when you opened the Gmail account. If you still have this, it is one of the things that can be used here. Please give it a try and let me know.
Hey Mike,I tried this site several times already. I'll try the 2nd option now
So you have already done the "account recovery exam"?
Yes, Mike. I already completed the account recovery exam. 2-3 times in fact.I tried accessing the old gmail verification form aol, but I found nothing. I did a search and it came back empty.
Do you have your cell phone set up in Gmail, and if so, have you tried that recovery option?
No Mike, I did not set up my phone with gmail. Just my email.
OK. I know you have been to this page before, but you can try it again, this time with just your gmail username and not the @gmail.com?
