Viet - Computer Tech :

Hi,

Viet - Computer Tech :

This looks like the screen hardware is bad.

Viet - Computer Tech :

Do you see the lines when you first turn on the computer, or it only shows when it's in Windows?

Viet - Computer Tech :

If this is a Desktop, can you try with another monitor and/or another monitor's cable?

Viet - Computer Tech :

If this is a Laptop, can you contact an external Desktop monitor and check?

It is a laptop, no the lines are not there when I Turn the computer on, it also fades out bad.no i cannot get a desk top moniter. also everytime i upgrade it fails.

It looks like hardware issue: screen or video/graphics card; you need to get an external desktop monitor to confirm. Also, you can try to go to your computer's manufacturer's website and update the bios and video drivers. Thanks.
