If you had done a complete factory restore. iT wouldnt even show any accounts to log into..

It would have erased them..

And if these were accounts you set up after the factory restore.. They cant have much on them.. So lets do it again.

Shut down the computer. Start it..

Immediately press the ALT key, then rapidly tap F10 key

This will open up the full factory restore menu.. Perform the factory restore.. If it goes correctly.. When it gets finished. You wont have any user accounts to log into. YOu will have to create a new one..

If you run into any issues, let me know!

Please click accept to show I have assisted you.

If you still need assistance, You can reply to this message at any time.

Thanks!
