No message that I can see. It just goes off the screen then back on again

Can you download and install Firefox browser: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/. Then open Firefox and hotmail.com and login in Firefox and check if you can send emails. Firefox.

If you want to fix Internet Explorer,


Please click here to optimize internet explorer. Specifically try the following first:

  1. Open Internet Explorer 7.

  2. Click Tools, and then click Delete Browsing History.

  3. In Delete Browsing History, click Delete All.

  4. Click to select the Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons check box, and then click OK.


Internet Explorer 8



  1. Open Internet Explorer 8.

  2. Click Safety, and then click Delete Browsing History.

  3. In Delete Browsing History area, click Delete.


 



  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.

  3. Click the Advanced tab.

  4. Under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, click Reset.
