Hello, is the only thing wrong is your name that was registered under Windows 7?

Thanks! Please do this to correct it...

1) Click Start
2) Type regedit and press enter (in the start search box)
3) Click Continue
4) Click the > sign for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
5) Click the > sign for SOFTWARE
Click the > sign for Microsoft
Click the > sign for Windows NT
Click the Folder called CurrentVersion

Please look on the right-hand side and you will see RegisteredOwner. Please double-click on that to open it up and put whatever name you want there.

Then close the registry out and restart the computer and your done. If your Profile Name is XXXXX XXXXX please go into the Control Panel/User Accounts/Then make the changes there and save it.




Please do this to put it back to Factory Settings...



1) Press and Hold number 0 key

2) Turn on the laptop using the power button and press and hold it as well and when you hear it making beeping sounds, release the power button first, then the 0 key and the recovery should start.




Using DVD Set


1) Turn on the computer

2) Start tapping/pressing F12 for Boot Menu Options (Might be ESC key)

3) Select DVD/CD-ROM and press enter

4) Follow Instructions



BIOS Settings


1) Turn on the computer

2) Start tapping/pressing F2 (Might be F1/ESC key)

3) Change Boot Sequence to DVD/CD-ROM First

4) Save/Exit
