Quatro Pro will not start I get a 'runtime error' message. Thise has happened before on an earlier quatro Pro release. This one came with Office X3.Jack Eagle
Optional Information: Computer OS: Windows 7 Browser: Other Already Tried: Re-installing the complete program, ran the fault finding program in windows7 and tried to install the back up files both those on a seperate program and those backed up automaticaly
Hi, and thanks for using JustAnswer.First off, please try the following registry fix and check how it goes for you:1) Close Quattro Pro first, then go to Start and type in regedit in the 'Start Search' box.2) In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following path in the left panel:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Corel\User Assistant\13\Recent Work\Quattro Pro\3) Right click on the 'Quattro Pro' key and select 'Delete'.4) Done that, close the Registry Editor and open Quattro Pro; check if the issue still persists and keep me posted.Regards
