It is may private camera system at the office and at home.

What is the exact error message that you get ?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

It is not an error message. Windows 7 and/or IE 8 does not let me install the "Cab" after I have added the site to be trusted and allowing the XControl to be installed. Windows does not "approve" the download because it does not validate the "RemoteWeb.Cab." See attahced/inserted.
