I forgot my password XXXXX the parental control and I need to change it. How can I get in to change the password.

Microsoft cannot tell you how to get around passwords. Please see their policy here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/189126

If you have another administrator account on the system, you may be able to reset the parental controls using that account - though I'm not sure you can reset the parental control password (or if the other administrator account will be able to access parental controls without a separate password XXXXX one was created for that feature). You may just need to disable parental controls entirely if you want the problem you're having to go away (though that will disable all the other controls as well).

I am sorry, but parental controls would not mean a whole lot if there was just an easy way to reset the password XXXXX wipe it out. I am not sure what you were expecting.
