Optional Information:
Computer OS: Windows XP
Browser: Netscape

Richard :

Hi. I am Rick and I will be your Computer Expert. I will do my best to assist you with your question.

Customer :

ok

Richard :

I am attaching a site that describes what I believe is your solution. It sounds strange but take as look

Richard :

http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/peripherals/f/3528/p/19303499/19585567.aspx#19585567

Richard :

Basically what it amounts to is remove and reseat each of your cartridges.

Customer :

ok, I will try that. Will you hang on will I do that or should I get back to you?

Richard :

I am here

Customer :

Ok, I reset all of the cartridges and it made no difference

Customer :

Richard

Customer :

I reset them and no difference

Richard :

Darn. The only other thingthat can cause that is one f the two things you have already replaced.

Customer :

what now?

Richard :

Well, either you have a bad drumor the fuse is not working n tghe right side. I see no other option but to replace them again but given the cost I would doubt the value in doing that unless you can bring back the one you don't need.

Customer :

I guess I will call Dell's technical help desk - thanks anyway

Richard :

You are welcome. Good Luck
