Sorry for the delay. It's a Sylvania 7" Netbook with Windows CE. She said it asked her to put in a password XXXXX the initial setup (administrator). She can't remember the password, so when we turn it on it prompts us for a password XXXXX going into Windows.

Yes, the model number is: SYNET07526. It has Windows CE.
