Hi, and thanks for using JustAnswer.

Which software are you trying to install/run, for which you need this file?

Regards
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
I need file Agentctl.dll, but it is not longer on windows 7. I am trying to run Polar Trifit 620 softwarefrom the Polar HealthFirst Corporation. I need this dll file to run the software.
Expert:  B. Rath replied 3 years ago.
I see. That refers to Microsoft Agent, which is not included in Windows 7. However, you can download Microsoft Agent as a hotfix for your Windows 7 computer.

In order to do that, please download the following hotfix:
http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=969168&kbln=en-us

Click 'I accept', then select your platform (x64 or x86), fill in your email address info, and click 'Request hotfix'. The link to download the hotfix will be sent to your email address accordingly; download and install it first, and let me know if this is what you needed.

Expert:  B. Rath replied 3 years ago.
Hmm, do you get any error/message when trying to download the hotfix?

Regards
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Yes, "the page cannot be found" is the message. What should I do?
Expert:  B. Rath replied 3 years ago.
Okay, could you provide me with the link where you are trying to download the hotfix from?
