Have you replaced a cartridge in your printer?
Is it new or a refilled one ? It looks like the cartridge did not fit properly. Please take out the cartridge and clean it and the cartridge holder in the printer with a dry cloth and re seat the cartridge

Take both the cartridges out and turn off the printer wait for 30 secs restart the printer and reinsert the cartridges. Turn off gain wait for 30 secs and finally turn on the printer again check if the problem continues. If it does then ask for a replacement cartridge.
