Hello, do you see this when you are on Internet Explorer only?

Yes, I cannot get onto explorer. Funny thing though I am able to get onto my work website which is a digital transcription website.

1) Click Start

2) Right-Click Computer

3) Click Properties



What is the system type?

That picture shows you where the location of Computer is. I have to know if you are using a 32bit or 64bit version of windows otherwise i cant help you. You can also find out this way...

 

 

1) Click Start

2) Click All Programs

3) Click Accessories

4) Click System Tools

5) Cick System Information

 

When you open that, look on the right-hand side for System Type....

1) Click Start

2) Click All Programs

4) Click System Tools

5) Cick System Information

Thanks! So you have a 32bit. Lets RESET IE first....

 

 

1) Click Start

2) Click Control Panel

3) Click Network and Internet

4) Click Internet Options

5) Click Advanced Tab

6) Click RESET at the bottom

7) Check the box if you see it

8) Click RESET again

 

 

Now, open IE again and tell me what happens!
