how to unblock my hotmail account, itried to sign-in but it sayes sign-in is blocked and also when i triey to log in windows live messenger i can't it gives me Error cod 80048823
i also have reset my password XXXXX many times and accepted to change the password XXXXX still the same problem

That is another problem please reset the password XXXXX more time and then wait for at least 48 hrs then try to logon as you know that this days hacking hotmail account is become very common so hotmail have take this preventive measures to protect your account when anyone fails to enter his or her password XXXXX than a amount of time the account is blocked temporarily and if you do not try to login for at least 48 hrs. generally the account is unblocked.

If you are still unable to sign into any of your Windows Live ID services, please try the following troubleshooting steps.


Check if the issue is with your account or with your computer settings

· Try to access your account at http://account.live.com using another computer.

· If you are using a computer connected to a network, please access a computer outside your network or your company.

Unfortunately, Hotmail is the only company that can provide you with a reset for your account :(

You may want to consider using another e-mail account with Hotmail from now on. You are allowed to create more than one.
