Click start, type in iexplore.exe and press enter
Internet Explorer will open, click tools, internet options, then the General Tab
Click Delete, then Delete again
Restart your computer and then try to log in to your account please

To have a better user experience with plenty of fish, please do the following.

Once downloaded, Run the file to Install firefox.. Then..Once installed, Run mozilla firefox.. Inside the mozilla window, which you will notice is similar to internet explorer.
Inside mozilla, go to plenty of fish, and login to your account. You shouldnt have any issues at all.
