Hi I am here to help, let me know when youre ready.
I am ready now
Ok hold on a minute.
Do you use Microsoft Virtual PC?
Ok we can try to fix this by replacing the driver raspppoe.sys in Windows/System32/Drivers
Navigate to C:/Windows/System32/Drivers, find raspppoe.sys, right click it and rename it to raspppoe.old
Then click on this link: http://www.windowsreference.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/raspppoe.zip and download that file, then extract the contents and place the raspppoe.sys file in C:/Windows/System32/Drivers
I understand from BT that Microsoft are working on this problem with Windows 7
They are, however you can attempt to replace the problem to fix the issue.
Thank you. This is all too complicated for me to attempt. I think i will leave it as it is.
Thank you anyway
