How do I setup port 25 to make sure is open. Thank you,

Expert:  Sebastien DOMME replied 4 years ago.

If you want I can connect on your computer and do the test for you with you.

If ok you need to dowload and execute this remote control utility from www.teamviewer.com

Then give me the ID and password.

you do not need an ID and password
Expert:  Sebastien DOMME replied 4 years ago.

Sorry, I talked about the ID and Password XXXXX Teamviewer remote control in order I can do the test on your computer with you.

Seems SMTP port 25 is replaced by 465 with SSL (crypted system)

Can you check this in your incredimail settings:

AT&T uses secure servers for both incoming and outgoing.

incoming: pop.att.yahoo.com - port 995 SSL
outgoing: smtp.att.yahoo.com - port 465 SSL

They both require full authorization,XXX@XXXXXX.XXX and password.

Under 'properties', on the 'servers' tab:
"My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" should be checked.
"Use same settings as my incoming mail server" should be checked.
Go into advanced and look for:
"This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" should be checked.
