OK please do the following:

  1. Click Start -> Control Panel.
  2. Click Classic View on the left.
  3. Double click Printers.
  4. Right click your printer and choose Delete.
  5. Unplug your printer from the computer.
  6. Click Start -> Control Panel.
  7. Double click Programs and Features.
  8. In the list, look for anything related to your printer. Highlight it and click Remove.
  9. Download the newest software for your printer from here:
  10. After downloading, run the program to install the software.
  11. When the software is finished installing (or when it prompts you), connect your printer to the computer.
  12. See if you can print.
