My wife and I have AOL accounts, my account works fine, her

Resolved Question:

My wife and I have AOL accounts, my account works fine, her AOL runs very slow, locks up, does not allow her open email, and then gives her an error message. I have tried this from mulitple computers with the same result. Is it possible that her AOL account is corrupted or the AOL server her account is on, is different then my account? Who do I contact for resolution?

A second message replaced the first message:

 

"We have encountered a technical issue. Please try again. This has been going on since yesterday. My wife's email account at AOL is XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX

If mail cannot be retrieved from AOL software , logging out of AOL WebSuite Basic and then logging back into it will usually correct the issue.
