After waiting a long time for an email to open, the message says:
After a long delay of "loading message"
There was an error loading the message. Please try again later.
A second message replaced the first message:
"We have encountered a technical issue. Please try again. This has been going on since yesterday. My wife's email account at AOL is XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX
Have done that several times over the last couple of days. I will try again.
Did try it again, same result.
The original question was:
Is this a corrupted AOL account, or is AOL have server issues? If it is AOL who do I contact?
