Yes I download the software. I also ask the teck support man from dell to help me download the IncrediMail software just incase I was unknowly doing it wrong. As it turn out; the teck support man from Dell said that the problem was on the part of IncrediMail not nothing I did wrong. My repeaded attempts to get help from IncrediMail proved to be a waste of time.
