Hello. Welcome to JustAnswer.
I would like to ensure there is no malware on your PC.
First you will need to reboot your PC. As soon as your PC starts back up, when you see the PC splash screen, start tapping the F8 key with about a one second interval repeatedly until you see an options screen called Advanced Startup Options.Select Safe Mode with Networking.Allow Safe Mode to boot up and then agree work in safe mode. From there, open Internet Explorer and go to http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php and download/install Malwarebytes Antimalware (the scanner is free). After installing, run a full scan. All this process to complete. When the infections are found, be sure to highlight all infections and Remove them. You will be prompted to reboot. Do so.After the reboot, repeat the above process to re-enter Safe Mode with Networking.Upon entering Safe Mode with Networking, run another Full Scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware. If you get more errors/infections, I would Remove them and then repeat again (rebooting in Safe Mode with Networking) until there are no infections.Once you have no infections in Safe Mode with Networking, reboot and allow Windows to boot normally. Once booted in normal mode, I would run one more Full Scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware. If you get infections, Remove them, reboot and Full Scan again. If you get no infections, allow the OS to start.
Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> Reset -> Delete Personal Settings -> Reset -> OK -> OK
Open Internet Explorer and see if you can browse without the error.
Update me on the results.

Still getting the yellow triangle @ the bottom left of my screen on almost all sites I go to. On this page alone I get:
Expected '{'
jquery_1_4_2.min.js
Object Expected
ja-utils_1_2_5.min.js
qa.bmin.js

I did as you suggested, downloading "Malwarebytes Antimalware" in safemode, running a scan until it showed no errors, then running again in normal start-up. It seemed to do fine then started getting these errors again.
Do you use any other browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox? If so, do you get this error?
Also, do you get the same error in Safe Mode with Networking?
Done the Advanced tab, reset, yadda-yadda-yadda. Still getting them. I only use IE8. Saw that other people using firefox were getting the same thing. I tried to go connect in Safe Mode with Networking but it never would connect.

Two post above, on the message you keep getting, you have a line that starts URI: http://www.google-...Our system blocks dangerous URLs.Can you type in the "URI" line again, but put a blank space after every word?(i.e. http ://www .google .com / whatever else is there -in the URL)Thank you.
Crap! Of course it's not doing it now. But here is one from my email
http : // webmail . peoplepc . com / wam / js / folder - tree - static . js ? v = 6 . 1 . 19
and one from a search from my google search bar after the results page loaded
http : // uac . advertising . com / wrapper / aceUAC . js
Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Programs tab -> Manage Add-ons Under Toolbars and Extensions, tell me what is listed here.Under Search Providers, tell me what is listed here. You can use Notepad to type up the listings and the copy/paste it to this page so I can review them.
