I have had incredimail for months. it has worked up until yesterday.when i click the icon
it won.t open. all other programs seem to work fine. i don't know if mail is coming in.is

thank you . although your info was not enough it did lead me to the solution. inadvertantly incredimail was not closed correctly and some data was lost and the security system "BELL" my provider must have detected a threat and interviened i
guess . it also had something to do with an update by adobe and a patch from incredimail.anyway once all updates where completed i now have email/incredimail
up and running just fine.
oh, when i followed your directions ....dead end .when i used the link you sent ...also dead end but when trying to re configure adobe showed up waiting for me to let it past the firewall . incerdimail sent out a warning on last weekend that adobe was going to be doing an update and incredimail gave and suggested running a patch to protect from any interuption in service.i did run that link but obviously that patch didn't work.
