Even after you restart the computer, the cursor is stuck?
YES I HAVE A WIRELESS MOUSE AND KEYPAD - KEYPAD IS WORKING OK ALL BATTERIES HAVE BEEN CHECKED
Click start >
Type devmgmt.msc >
Hit enter >
In device manager >
Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers by pressing + >
Right click on each item under it and choose uninstall(Specially any unknown devices) >(Your mouse or keyboard may stop functioning anytime, do not worry just restart)
Now restart the computer(Important)>
The USB drivers will be automatically installed >
Try to connect the device again to different USB port.
See if that works.
Press the windows key in keyboard or use a PS2 mouse.
For typing you can use tab key + Key board.
