Using a video the download box should appear when mouse pointer is placed on the video. It does not anymore.

I am using Real Player. The download box no longer appears so I can click on it to download the video.

Okay ..please open IE, go to Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons, then check if the RealPlayer addon is listed, and if it's enabled. If it's disabled, enable it accordingly.

If it's not listed, let me know.
