Hello,

Welcome to JustAnswer !! I am Andy and I will be glad to help you out with your issue today.

We need to perform system recovery and take the computer back to factory settings. It can be performed in two ways.

Follow these steps:

  1. Restart computer and keep pressing F11 and it will start the Product Recovery program. When you see the Product Recovery Program Main Menu, select Full Recovery or Factory Contents and follow the instructions on the screen.
  2. After the software has been reinstalled, copy your personal configuration and data files back into their original directories on the hard drive. Obtain more detailed instructions.

If F11 does not workout then you need to order recovery disc by calling up at this number : 1-800-426-7378
(if u are not located in US please let me know)

Feel free to ask any question or concern you may have. I will be glad to help you.

Positive Feedback and BONUS are always appreciated.

Hi

No, you just need to press F11 ... not with any other button.

If F11 does not workout then you need to order recovery disc
