Hello, I can't find adobe flash player on my computer, how do I find out if I have it and if not, can I download adobe flash player =20. I was advised to do so by my server who was unable to forward a large file I tried to e-mail. I am also unable to open a file/video from a http://dl.free.fr address, on my Media Player, I tried sending a video to the same address who had sent me a video, and that was also rejected. It seems that I have a problem but I am not able to determine what that might be.Can you help? Nadia Palmer XXX@XXXXXX.XXX
Already Tried: I tried to find "Adobe player" to enable it if it was somehow disabled, I do not appear to have it at all. Then, I lowered my security settings just for a short time to see if the file I could not receive would make it through. Nothing. I seemed to be unable to send even short videos to my family. Something is missing but I can't figure out what. My Media player is version 11.
HiCustomerPlease click here to re-install Flash player to your computer. If there is still issue, open Internet Explorer, then click on Tools near the top, then Internet Options... Then click on the Programs tab, then click on Manage add-ons. Make sure under Adobe System, Shockwave Flash is enabled.Thanks,-Viet
