Hi there.
Before you delete your cookies tell me if you are getting any kind of error message and did you try to login to your Facebook account from a different computer?

Customer replied 1123 days and 13 hours ago.

I got a message saying needed to enable cookies, did that, said reset password, but can't log in to do that. When I try logging in it just refreshes login page. I can log in on facebook on laptop

Please use this procedure to allow cookies on your computer:

Cookies are handled very different in Internet Explorer 8 than they are in older versions of IE. Here’s how you can enable or disable them.

1. Click Tools.

2. Select Internet Options.

3. Click Privacy.

4. Move the slider to a setting desired. Options range from Block All Cookies to IE8 to Accept All Cookies. There are also options under Advanced where you can customize the settings.

Enable/Disable Cookies IE8

When you finish make sure that you close all Internet Explorer windows and tabs and than open it back. Try to login to your Facebook account now.

Hope this helps.

You can come back by going to www.justanswer.com website again.
Internet Explorer restart is needed so the changes can be applied correctly.
In addition, you can try and erase all the cookies and internet history and temporary files.

Customer replied 1123 days and 13 hours ago.

ok, I'll try what you said

How about if you try to download an alternative internet browser on your computer such is Firefox or Safari?
In addition you should click on a link that is displayed with the message you are getting that should walk you step by step to make sure all settings within Internet Explorer are correct. Some security settings may also need adjustments.

Customer replied 1123 days and 11 hours ago.

Ok, so do I remove IE8, and then download firefox

Expert:  Nenad Pasic replied 1123 days and 11 hours ago.

Customer replied 1123 days and 11 hours ago.

You should not be getting any issues like with IE after you install it and try to access Facebook.
If that is correct I suggest completly removing IE and reinstalling it again to try if that will solve the issue.
Other than that, there are no other options besided reinstalling and restoring your complete Operating System.
