To transfer photos to your computer you can either plug your phone to your computer using the USB cable that should have come with your phone. Once you do that, your computer should automatically recognise your phone and you can simply go to My Computer and double-click on the icon that shows your phone. You should see a folder containing your photos.

Or you can download an application called Samsung Kies to help you with this:

After you have installed this application to your computer, launch Samsung Kies and double click the Samsung Apps widget.

Connect your mobile device and search and select the application to view/open your photos.
