Already Tried: tried to find download for drivers for this motherboard to no avail

That part code actually referes to several models of motherboard.
Do you have the actual motherobard model number ?

i am guessing it's a board manufactured by Foxconn for a manufacturer and not sold by Foxconn themselves.

This tower contains different manufactored parts, it is no longer a Dell perse
