I can't get my home page which is msn.com to open up when I click on to internet explorer. What can I do......

which website would you like to see first, when you open your internet explorer?
msn.com
please open your internet explorer.
go to TOOLS >> INTERNET OPTIONS
when you are there, you will see a small white TEXTBOX which says "homepage"
into this textbox, type this:
and press enter. you don't need to type any other parts of the site like http or www etc. just type msn.com, and press OK.
close your internet explorer. and open it again.
you will see msn.com in the first sight.
I have done that before all ready, and it still doesn't work ......

it does not open at all......it's like it's frozen....
please open your internet explorer
go to tools >> internet options.
go to advanced tab.
press the RESET button one time.
and close your internet explorer . and open it again.
