Okay ...now, please download the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility using the following link:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

Run the utility and check if you can uninstall the program using the same.

THE COMPUTER SAYS THAT I CAN NOT USE THE WINDOWS CLEANUP UTILITY BECAUSE THE AiOSoftware is attemting to install.

ADD AND REMOVE PROGRAMS IS DISABLED AS A RESULT.

PLEASE ADVISE-IF WE CAN NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR-CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.

Okay ...now, please go to Start > Run, and type in msconfig; in the System Configuration Utility window that comes up, click on the 'Startup' tab, then click 'Disable All'.

Hit Apply thereafter, restart and check if this resolves the issue all right.

YES, I CLICKED THE STARTUP TAB IN msconfig. NOTHING WAS CHECKED AND I DID NOT SEE ANYTHING THAT LOOKED THE FILE IN QUESTION.

Installation Instructions
1. Download the file to a newly created sub-directory on your local hard drive.
2. Double click the downloaded "exe" file. This will extract all the necessary components to a folder.
3. Double click the uninstall.bat file.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the removal of the software.
