When in Outlook email, my screen is too large .
The Minimize icone , maximize icon & close(X) icon are ouf sight & I have to blindly find them but they still work. I need to minimize screen for normal viewing.

Hi,

Is this just in Outlook or is the screen size different in all your programs?

Thanks

All programs - I just went to Internet explorer & have same symptoms

Ok,

Can you click start then control panel and open displays.

When it opens can you click the Settings tab then can you move the screen resolution slider to the right till it is at 1024x768 and hit apply and let me know if that makes a difference for you or not?

Thanks

Eric

I found it & it worked -I accept

Ok,

Glad that got it for you.

If the screen still seems a little off just try increasing the resolution one step at a time and hit apply and keep doing it till you get to a size that feels familiar.

Thanks

Eric
