Hello,

I will help you on this.

It would be helpful to know:

How do you get this error?

what internet browser are you using?

Customer replied 1204 days and 1 hours ago.

I am unsure how this error occurred, we cancelled internet several months ago and recently connected again. Our internet browser Internet Explorer Version 7.0.5370.11, the operating system is Microsoft XP Home Edition-Service Pack 2

Hello,

I fixed one of such errors previously. Here are the options:

First reset Internet explorer, see if it works.

1 Open your Internet Explorer browser.
2 Click on the "Tools" arrow at the upper-right part of the screen. Choose "Internet Options."
3 Select the tab labeled "Advanced" along the top of the options menu.
4 Select "Reset" near the bottom. Choose whether to reset your personal options, such as browsing history, cookies and saved passwords. If you want to reset them, select the option under "Delete Personal Settings."
5 Click on "Reset" to complete the process. Close your browser window, and then restart it for the factory-default settings to take effect.

If the resetting will not solve the problem, try to uninstall the internet explorer and install it again. Follow this:

First download the internet explorer installation file into your computer, save it to desktop area that you can easy to find (click here to download the file).

Then uninstall the internet explorer you currently have:
Follow the steps below to uninstall Internet Explorer 7

1. Close Internet Explorer and any open windows
2. Click on Start, click on Control Panel
3. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs
4. Find the Internet Explorer 7 program
5. Click the Remove button and complete the removal.

After uninstall, click and run the file you download early, it will reinstall the internet explorer again. It should solve the problem.

Let me know if you need furtehr helps.
