Hello, I am Jhon Cappuccio, Computer Science Engineer. I will be happy to help you.

Can you explain the problem a little bit more?

Thank you

Customer replied1270 days and 4 hours ago.

when I log on or try to go online a box continually pops up that says -
The following pages have become unresponsive. You can wait for them to become responsive kill them.

when you hit "kill pages" it looks like it is loading, but nothing happens.
when you hit "wait" - the screen goes white and it also looks like it is loading, but reverts back to box
when you hit the "x" - the screen goes white and it reverts back to box

I have repeatedly tried to start over and have re-booted my computer - nothing works.
