I am trying to LAUNCH CITRIX on my vist computer and the message comes back: ICAWEBWRAPPER.msi File not found??

HiCustomerand thanks for choosing Just Answer.

My first suggestion is to uninstall/reinstall the Citrix client:

  1. Click the Start button and type appwiz.cpl into the Search bar.
  2. Hit Enter.
  3. Highlight Citrix Client in the list and click the Uninstall or Remove button.
  4. Reboot after the removal.

Let me know if this does the trick for you!

I did what you suggested - I highlighted the only citrix item - which was :CITRIX XEN APP WEB APPLICATION and after a while it posts a box that says: At least one client component is already in use. Before running set up please exit any of the following programs that may be running: PROGRAM NEIGHBORHOOD CITRIX XEN APP PLUGIN PROGRAM NEIGHBORHOOD PLUG IN ???? What now? Thanks

  1. Click the start button again and type taskmgr into the Search bar and hit Enter.
  2. In the Task Manager, click the Processes tab.
  3. Click the Image Name heading to sort by name.
  4. Look thru the list for anything with Citrix or XenApp in the name. Highlight these entries and click End Process.
  5. Repeate my earlier instructions to remove the client.

Keep me posted and thanks!
