HelloCustomer Thank you for your question.

In order to quickly provide you with a response, can you please indicate which programs you have the scrolling problem in?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
email page

I have depositedd 14.00 have not had any answer what so ever -if I click "Accept" where I find my answer - on email?

When I tried to go back to your page - the message I got - access denied

could you clarify what is going on?

You should not click accept until you've received an answer you are satisfied with. You can see answers to this question here(http://www.justanswer.com/questions/2vj3a-page-keeps-scrolling-down-not), as they are posted.

That said, how do you access your email? Do you use a program like Outlook or a web browser like Internet Explorer? Also, do you have this problem with any other programs?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
I access my email through Mozillza/Firefox to get to my gmail

I do not trouble with any other program

You are the 2nd person they have assigned this question to - surely not going to pay twice

Do you have a second user name signed up with JustAnswer? I do not see you as having another question open, but if you are already being helped by an Expert, I will allow him or her to continue.
