Lets do this first. Microsoft has released an update that resolves several problems in Outlook Express. Download and run this ====> Fix It
If the Microsoft Fix did not fix your issur, you can also try doing the following;
1- Click "Start"
2- Click on "Run"
3- The type "regsvr32 inetcomm.dll" (without the quote marks (") )
4- Click Ok
5- Restart computer
6- Try again
Are you running Outlook Express 6.0?
How mush RAM (Memory) do you have on your computer?
2GB should be plenty of memory. I am running out of possible solutions.
Maybe we should have sarted with a Disc Cleanup, full spyware scan, and registry cleanup.
I am thinking malware because of your IE issue.
Worse case scenario, is that you computer will run faster and free of any malware, but this may also be the solution.
1- Click on "Start"
2- Click on "Programs"
3- Go to "Accesories" (At top)
4- Click on "System Tools"
5- Click and run "Disk Cleanup"
