what printer do you have ? if it is a lexmark it means that you need to order and replace the waste toner box for your printer.

i need to know exactly which printer you have so that i can be sure that is the correct order number and get you instructions for replacing it.

ok it is actually a bottle. i assume it kind of catches extra toner that doesnt stick to the paper. and it has become full and needs to be replaced like tossing out the garbage and putting a new bag in when it gets full

part number

C540X75G

you should be able to get it from wherever you purchase your toner cartridges

there was supposed to be a previous message saying that it was getting full. once you get the 82 message you can no longer print untill you replace it.

here is the user guide starting on page 115 it will give the part number and instructions for replacing it. looks to be about the same type of process as replacing a toner cartridge.
