What are you using for your email client? Outlook? Outlook Express? and what version? (selecting HELP from the menu at the top and choosing about will tell you the answer to both of those questions) etc.?
can you provide a screen print of the window in question (simultaneaously pressing the ALT key and the prnt scrn key usually on the right side of a keyboard by the number pad) so that I can see what exactly the issue is - as the fix may be different for different versions of Outlook if that is in fact what you are using.
As I wrote in my original contact, I have a Wondows Vista and I am VERY unhappy with it.
