Just recall, there is easy way:

1. Press the QuickPlay button, next to the Power button to open the QuickPlay application.

2. Double-click HP webcam in the Source column.

I get the menues for DVD, MUSIC VIDEOS,TV, KAREOKE, UPDATE and QP MENU. But nothing about the webcam. As luck would have it, though, today I got an IM message and clicking on the camera icon on the message activated my camera. So IT WORKS. I just need to learn how to use it.
